A High intensity interval training (HIIT) facility designed to help you improve your strength, power, endurance and mobility.

Based on the ethos of training as one and team conditioning, our main goal is to help individuals learn how to train correctly and smartly for optimal results.

The TRIBE program includes a strength building program and a conditioning program. The program is a 8 week cycle, focusing on progressive overload, muscle hypertrophy, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning and skill work.

The HIIT classes will challenge you and will force you to get out of your comfort zone.

The classes have a strong emphasis on teamwork and we welcome all fitness levels. You are never too beginner to join.

Zaakirah Khalek

Founder of TRIBE, Zaakirah is  considered an accomplished Fitness Coach  in South Africa.

She began her career in Corporate and took the leap of faith to pursue her passion in Fitness, working as a Personal and Group Trainer. She has worked with many established sporting brands, most notably becoming one of the first Nike Trainers in Africa. Zak assisted with the start up of a fitness facility in the Middle East but her drive to start her own business in SA brought her back home.

She has completed marathons, OCR races, competed in Powerlifting and CrossFit and ventured to Everest Base Camp. 

Her vision when starting TRIBE is to help inspire people to achieve greatness and to encourage them to follow a healthier lifestyle.
